Marta Lomazzi is a Medical Biotechnologist with a PhD in Neuroscience and over 10 years’ experience in public health and nutrition.

After few years dedicated to basic research focusing on the mechanisms of addiction of drugs of abuse, she joined the Institute of Global Health where she works as Lecturer.

Since 2009 she has worked as a consultant for the evaluation of public health activities in different areas.

In 2011, she joined the World Federation of Public Health Associations (WFPHA) where she works as Executive Manager. Her main duties are the elaboration and management of public health programs, the evaluation activities related to hot topics in public health, partnerships development and fundraising.

Since 2012 she has also been the Executive Coordinator of the Oral Health Working Group of the WFPHA.
