Implementation of the 2013 Resolution Access to Oral Health for Children, in Mexico City, 2015
In May 2015 in Mexico City, the resolution Access to Oral Health for Children, passed by the WFPHA GA in 2013, was formally adopted by Mexico City government and staff as part of a program that will incorporate healthy eating, hand-washing and tooth brushing in schools. A formal dinner was held to sign the agreement; Colgate Mexico was/are involved.
The resolution was also adopted in Chile under a different name.
Moreover, the resolution has been widely cited in the literature from countries all over the world, and in some recent textbooks too.
